Data protection

Our Privacy Policy

Last updated: February 2024

The privacy and security of our customers and their information is of paramount importance to us, which is why Brandt & Rademacher LLC takes strict precautions to protect your data from prying eyes as much as possible. We never sell your information and only use your information for purposes relevant to the Wyoming business services we provide. We know what it's like to be a business owner and how valuable privacy can be.

Our goal is for this Privacy Policy to provide a clear and concise explanation of how we collect, manage, and use your information.

Wyoming Privacy Legislation

It's well known in the business world that Wyoming offers exceptional privacy for business owners, but what about consumers? Wyoming still has a long way to go before its privacy legislation can catch up with that of California and some other privacy-focused states, but the passage of Senate Acts SF35 and SF36 in 2015 shows that Wyoming is up to the task. These bills expanded Wyoming's definition of "personal information" (including unique biometric data paired with a consumer's first name or first and last name) and expanded the state's requirements for individuals and businesses to provide breach notifications to affected Wyoming residents.

But even though Wyoming itself still has a long way to go when it comes to data protection, the same can't be said of us. At Brandt Rademacher LLC, we are a privacy-focused company that cares about the security of your information and never sells our user or customer data to third parties. We take care of our customers and their information as if we were our own. There is no other way for us to do business.

Our security is designed to protect data from unauthorized access, theft, or loss, while prioritizing availability to ensure systems and data are accessible when needed through accurate and complete data processing. We also value confidentiality by restricting access to data based on authorized roles, which allows us to protect our customers' privacy by protecting individuals' personal information.
